House Type Catteleya

On popular demand we designed this new addition to our project. It is a copy of the Carnation but is smaller in size. Like the Carnation it has a large terrace that starts at the front of the house and runs along the side and in between the master bedroom and dining area. This patio area al-fresco style is a great place for outdoor dining.

The 3 bedrooms again are designed to keep them in a quite part of the house but are smaller in size. The good thing about this house is that it is affordable and at the same time, is still a 131 sq. meters house. You can also modify this house to be a two bedroom / two bathroom home with bigger rooms. Perfect for a family who have retired or a couple with one or two young children. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a common bathroom.

The kitchen is a practical size and can be opened so as to make the living, dining and kitchen into an open style area. The kitchen has a service area behind it for washing or for a BBQ. An optional swimming pool at the front or at the side of the house makes this house one of the most popular styles in Hua Hin.
