Contract has to be signed within 30 days of the first reservation deposit payment.      
Registration transfer fee of the land is equally borne by both the buyer and the seller at the land department.  
The Buyer will pay for the deposit of the water and electric meters at the respective authorities.    
There is a monthly maintenance fee of Baht. 10.00 per sq.wah / per month that has to be paid 2 years in advance.
Private Swimming pool can be provided at extra cost depending on the size. Please check with us.
